WHAT DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE?
Clements Travel will match you with a team member who has traveled to the country that you wish to travel to, this ensures that you receive advice from an expert. The team member will be your dedicated point of contact for anything to do with your vacation going forward.
We will then start the process with a consultation, usually by phone or zoom. Our main focus of this is to give you ideas and options of what we can do to give you a vacation of a lifetime.
Within a week from the consultation you will receive a bespoke travel proposal. From here you are more than welcome to make as many changes to this until your vacation plan is perfect.
Once this is done you will receive your trip documents. Then you are ready to jet away!

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
Many travel agencies charge a fee of at least $250USD for their travel planning service. Here at Clements Travel, we do not charge fees.
Yes, our service is free.
You may think a free trip planning service might not be as good as a paid trip planner but that is not the case – many of our clients are repeat users of our service and have been for many years. It is also worth keeping in mind that we are part of the Virtuoso Travel network which means you are guaranteed a quality service.
We only ask that you have a minimum budget of $500SD per day – this includes your hotel, tours and excursions.
Presently, we do not offer a concierge type service but we would be happy to put you into with the concierge at the hotel who would be happy to organize restaurant reservations for you.
