Many hotels with benefits programs upgrade guests based on availability at check-in. However, Peninsula PenClub is different as they award the upgrade at the time of reservation (subject to availability).
Flexible check-in and check-out times with ‘Peninsula Time’
Peninsula Hotels offer Peninsula time which allows you to be flexible with your check-in time and check-out time.
- Guests can arrange to have their room ready as early as 6 AM on their arrival date
- Guests can stay in their room as late as 10PM on their departure date

HOW TO MAKE A PENINSULA hotels PenClub reservation
Peninsula PenClub reservations are unable to be made online.
As per The Peninsula Hotels, policy reservations can only be made with a travel agent that is a member of the Peninsula PenClub program, such as Clements Travel.
The easiest way is to do this over contact us for a quote for the property that you want to stay at. Be sure to let us know of any special requests that you may have.
Once this is done the reservation process is very quick, mainly due to the payment being taken at the hotel when you arrive.
As a reminder, Clements Travel does not charge any sort of fee for making hotel reservations.
DOES CLEMENTS TRAVEL CHARGE A FEE FOR MAKING A COUTURE BY PENINSULA PEN CLUB RESERVATION?
Many other travel agencies charge hotel booking fees but Clements Travel does not charge a fee for booking hotels.
In fact, we do not take any payment from you as payment is made to the hotel directly, usually at check-in.
IS A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIred TO GET PENINSULA PEN CLUB BENEFITS?
There is no minimum night requirement, you can even get benefits on a one-night stay.
