Hotel Only Booking – (Complimentary Service)

Perfect if you want to book just a hotel with us to get value-added benefits.

Clements Travel works with over 2000 hotels worldwide in which our clients can get many value-added benefits for no extra cost. Benefits can include the following:

• Preferred rates and availability
• Room upgrades (if available)
• Breakfast daily for two
• Dining, resort, or hotel credits
• Early check-in and late checkout (if available)
• Exclusive amenities and experiences

How the Process Works:

If you know the hotel you want:

We will then get back in touch with a quote.  If you are happy with our offer then we will book the hotel and send you a confirmation.

If you want hotel ideas:

We will then get back in touch with a list of recommended hotels and their value-added benefits.  If one of the hotels we offer takes your fancy then let us know, and we will book it and send you a booking confirmation.

Trip Consultation (Complimentary Service)

Take advantage of our free trip consultation service.

This service is free of charge. This is perfect for people who know where they want to go already and those who want ideas.

Our trip consultation is a 30-minute telephone or Zoom call in which we talk about ideas for a trip that you might have in mind. During the call, we will ask questions such as:

• Type of trip – eg honeymoon, safari, family, etc
• What type of trips you have taken before, what did you like? What didn’t you like?
• How much you want to spend

Once the consultation is finished, we will follow up the call with an email of a few different ideas that you may be interested in.

There is no obligation to book anything for us but usually, the people we speak to are so impressed with our service and ideas that they end up booking with us.  Get in touch here to arrange a free trip consultation.

Trip Planning

We take over the hard work of planning a trip. All you need to do is arrive at your destination, relax & enjoy.

$600.00USD / £500.00 per week of travel

Our trip planning service follows on from our free Trip Consultation service.  We are with our clients every step of the way which brings them great peace of mind while they are on the road.

Once you have chosen where to go we plan your trip from start to finish, this includes:
– hotel booking
– transfers
– excursions
– restaurant recommendations and bookings
– research of country entry requirements – eg visas and health entry requirements + more
– full travel management service while you are on the road

In return, we will send you a draft day-by-day itinerary of your trip plan.  We then make as many tweaks and adjustments as you want to make the itinerary perfect.  Many travel agencies only allow three changes to a trip plan but we have unlimited. Simply because we want to make everything right for you so you have a truly memorable experience.

Hotel Wedding Blocks (Complimentary Service)

You have a wedding to plan, without the stress of organizing your guest’s hotel rooms.  Take advantage of our complimentary wedding block service.

After collecting the necessary information and determining your hotel requirements (such as location, preferred rate, room types, number of rooms, and any special requests).  Using our key hotel contacts and overall bulk purchasing power we can usually save a significant amount of money on hotel blocks.

We source and negotiate with up to 8 hotels in your area to find the best options from which to choose.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does hotel payment work?
Clements Travel does not take payment on behalf of the hotel, instead the hotel will charge your preferred credit card directly.  Most of the time payment is not taken until you arrive at the hotel.  Some hotels may collect payment in advance during busy periods.  We will explain all payment and cancellation conditions during the quotation process.

For hotels, are you the same price as Expedia and the hotel website?
Yes, we are exactly the same price as what you see online. It does not cost anymore to book your hotels through Clements Travel.  The advantage of booking through us are the extra benefits, for example complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, and upgrades.  Plus you have a dedicated point of contact for any assistance that you may need.

Do I still earn hotel and air loyalty points by booking through a travel agent?
Yes.  We can add your loyalty number to your booking so you get points.

Is there a minimum order value?
Unlike other agencies, we do not have a minimum order value. For example, many of our clients will book more standard hotels with us from time to time and then splurge on a more luxurious hotel for their big yearly trip.

Is your trip consultation actually free?
Yes, free – no strings attached at all.  We are more than happy to spend 30 minutes on a call with a potential or existing client to talk about their travel plans.

Do you have testimonials?
We have quite a existing few clients who sing our praises and will be happy to connect with any potential clients to give us a testimonial.  Our TrustPilot page also contains reviews from past customers – keep in mind this page is a bit empty as we do not spam clients asking for reviews.

How long does it take to create my itinerary?
Due to the work involved and the number of components in building an itinerary, some can take up to two weeks to create.
